Trump: Iranian ships approaching the Strait of Hormuz will be eliminated
Washington, April 13 (Hibya) – U.S. President Donald Trump made a statement regarding Iranian ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump said, “Ships approaching our blockade will be eliminated immediately.”
According to CCTV, U.S. Central Command announced that a blockade would be imposed on maritime traffic entering and leaving Iranian ports.
The statement noted that the measure covers Iranian ports in the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman.
It was reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also stated at a cabinet meeting that he supports the U.S. naval blockade.
Iran’s Acting Defense Minister Seyyed Majid Ibn al-Riza said the country is at the highest level of alert.
He added that any potential attack would be met with a strong response.
Iranian officials argued that U.S. attempts at military intervention in the Strait of Hormuz and the Gulf of Oman would fail.
