Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns Israel's decision against Australian diplomats
Ramallah, August 19 (Hibya) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned Israel's decision against Australian diplomats.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said: "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemns the arbitrary measure announced by the Israeli Foreign Minister regarding the cancellation of visas for Australian diplomats accredited to the State of Palestine."
The statement continued: "This cancellation constitutes a blatant violation of international law governing diplomatic immunity and the conduct of foreign relations, particularly the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, and represents a breach of diplomatic courtesy and customary international law regarding the proper treatment of foreign envoys."
