Harris: A just, lasting and sustainable peace must be ensured
Dublin, August 19 (Hibya) - Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence, Simon Harris, stated that this morning he attended a European People’s Party (EPP) briefing given by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen to leaders regarding the White House meetings.
Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence, Harris, noted that he participated this morning in the EPP briefing by EC President von der Leyen about the White House meetings aimed at ending the war in Ukraine.
Harris said: “In the coming days and weeks, important work awaits us. A just, lasting and sustainable peace must be ensured.”
