Warsaw, October 29 (Hibya) - Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Jaroslaw Kaczynski had called for negotiations to begin on the terms of Poland's withdrawal from the European Union (EU), stating that the political struggle in Poland was taking shape around this issue.
